questionable items worn door

The grab-and-go breakfast seemed like a culinary crime. it was just a sad little bag of questionable items. the room showed its age. The door looked like it had fought a losing battle. i think it deserved a 'just okay' title, not a 'plus'.

convenient LOCATION

convenient location easy walk helpful staff

the location was convenient. Little italy was very close, and broadway with the gaslamp quarter was within easy walking distance. the foreshore was also close , a real bonus. the staff were helpful and professional .

the small lobby area felt a little cramped , especially with only two locked bathrooms available.

my king room had a lovely balcony , it gave me partial views of the bay and allowed me to take in some SUN. the room featured A useful fridge and microwave.

i was pleased with the provided breakfast bags , different choices were available each morning and i found this a great alternative to a buffet. coffee was available all day in the lobby.

the staff was helpful and shared good recommendations, and they addressed my needs. the luggage storage room near the front desk was very convenient , ESPECIALLY after checking out. needing a keycard for lobby access at night added security.

The location had easy access to Little Italy. Several restaurants were within walking distance. The room was clean, it was a positive aspect.

The elevator made a noticeable clunk noise when it started and stopped. This noise was quite audible from my room, it bothered me. No refund was given on the room.
